n-Link employee-owners annually vote for employees who:

1) Demonstrate, in their everyday manner, our Core Values of Integrity, Honor, Teamwork and Ownership

2) Take an active interest in n-Link's or WorldLink's business, taking on improvement initiatives and cost cutting measures

3) Mentor, coach and/or train others in a skill they excel at and that interest other employee-owners

4) Coordinate, facilitate and/or lead events (social or professional)

Employees receiving the most votes are awarded a week timeshare vacation and given a $1500 expense allowance to enjoy their vacation.
