Our second objective: Create a culture based on a set of Core Values. These Core Values are Integrity, Honor, Teamwork and Ownership. We believe that the company's reputation as a trusted partner opens avenues far greater than if we didn't conduct ourselves with impeccable Integrity and Honor. In addition, trust must have a strong foothold for Teamwork to flourish. Ownership in the form of taking responsibility and accountability is key to thinking like an owner. To make ownership a reality, the company shares its corporate successes by contributing company stock, which in turn transforms our company from being majority owned by its founder to a company owned by its employees.

In our 15th anniversary year, n-Link's founder financed her remaining majority shares to make 100% employee ownership a reality.
