 BSIT/n-Link Joint Venture n-Link Corporation and Bering Straits Information Technology, LLC, recently formed a Joint Venture and was awarded a US Census contract. The objective of this contract is to meet constitutional and legislative mandates by implementing a reengineered 2010 census that is cost effective, provides more timely data, improves coverage accuracy, and reduces operational risk. This is accomplished via a multi-year research, testing and development program in which the Census Coverage Measurement program measures coverage error to improve the coverage of future censuses. In addition, the 2010 Census Nonresponse Follow-up (NRFU) reinterview program provides quality control to detect and deter enumerator falsification and violations of procedures. |
