After PERA (CV) was added to the BRAC list in 1997, Ms. Ebersole returned to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as the Project Coordinator for Alteration Installation Teams covering communication systems upgrades for Naval ships worldwide. In 2000, Ms. Ebersole joined the General Services Administration (GSA) to manage a variety of Information Technology and Engineering contracts for the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice. Many of these contracts played a critical role in homeland security initiatives implemented after 9/11 and were valued at over $300 million. In 2004, Ms. Ebersole received her Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. |
