Roy Hursh's Biography Mr. Hursh has over thirty-five years of Federal Government experience to include eight years performing technical support at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, 14 years in project management performing as Ship Superintendent for Ship Construction and Ship Surveyor/Project Manager for ship repair at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair (SupShip) in Seattle. He also had another 13 years of contract management and business development experience while working for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport and at GSA Federal Technology Service (FTS), Region 10.
