When I left GSA with two key people and joined n-Link, our hope was to recreate that special entrepreneurial environment that we had while working in GSA. In that environment, our customers were number one. This special environment resulted in explosive growth at GSA for many years. Coming to n-Link has been a major revelation in that our formula for business growth is difficult to achieve with a small company. I had no idea the struggle we would encounter to win contracts, even with n-Link's strong past performance and outstanding qualifications.
It has been very enlightening yet challenging to fully grasp and
appreciate the corporate internal workings to find the right formula for
success. It's been quite an experience, tons of
strategy and hard work, but the fun makes it all worth while! |
